What does it mean to change? Simply, to change means to establish new priorities - to choose a behavior that's different from the one we're using now. But to change something about ourselves is to face a fear that can exist deep within our subconscious. So often it is said that our inner world creates our outer world, and for many I believe this is true. I am certainly no exception and have battled with all the big ones! Over time however, I have managed to banish these habits and take control of my life!
