Hey, now, i\'m not unhealthy. I eat my 3 meals a day (including something at night and what not..) I just need some suggestions to how i can gain a stone. I exercise every day, not working out, just exercise? I\'ve come to realise that I gain weight abroad, on holiday. But gain nothing at home, which is abit strange. I would say my metabolism is high. My height is around 5 foot 9-10 inches. Can anyone suggest what I should do? Go to the gym to work out? What other foods can I add to my diet? Protein? etc etc because i\'m not entirely sure what I should do, I just want to weigh a reasonable weight like 9 stone. Thanks
