I\'m not even 5\' tall. And despite eating healthy, whole foods (lots of fruits and veggies, lean meats, and complex carbs), the extra body fat I have stubbornly refuses to budge. I\'ve always had a good diet, and I\'ve been exercising regularly since March, but the extra layer of fat hanging around my waist hasn\'t gotten even remotely smaller and it\'s really depressing me. This past week, I have tried cutting my calories further, and I\'ve come out under 1000 several times this week. On the one hand, I\'m really sick of doing everything right and getting absolutely no results (and believe me, I\'m doing everything right! I\'d rather not get into the minute details of my lifestyle, but no one could argue that I don\'t eat a healthy diet and exercise appropriately), but on the other hand, I\'m afraid of slowing down my metabolism and gaining back any weight I might happen to lose. So, two questions: am I eating enough? And if not, what the hell else can I do (besides surgery or any sort of pills or wacked-out diet) to get the bikini-ready body I\'ve always wanted? P.S. Friendly responses only. If you haven\'t got something worthwhile and nice to say, keep it to yourself. Thanks! Yahoo! Answers http://www.livehealthyvillage.com/health |

What kind of exercises do you do? Try walking for 1 hour everyday 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the evening, Thats how Im losing weight right now. And I eat mostly vegetables and fruits very little meat and i take vitamins. I feel healthy and Im losing weight steadily. another Yahoo! Answers http://www.livehealthyvillage.com/health |
