| Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I used to have a link to a calorie counter where you could put in the calories you consume and your weight and it would show what you would theoretically weigh each week after that. Anyone have that link or can find it? e.g. youd type in 150lbs and 1500 cals a day... and it\'d spit out week 1 date - calorie deficit #, weight week 2 date - new calorie deficit, new weight week 3 date - etc etc...
