Default Is this a good way to burn fat?

Gym: treadmil Hiit Training 10mins 30seonds sprint and 30jog

Rowing machine 700 meters (3mins) rest 50seconds (repeat 6-7times)

Weights (chest) Dumbell press ( reps 10 ( 5 sets )
Back weight machines ( reps 10 ) (3sets)
Leg weight machine ( reps 10 ) (3sets)
Ab crunch machine ( reps 10 ) (3sets)

I can do all of this but do you think its a good work out to burn fat and tone?
