Default Good workout for 13 year old girl?

So I\'m 13 (turning 14 in less then a week) and I\'m overweight. I get put down a lot at school, and I want to lose weight so I can feel better about myself.
I want to lose fat, and get toned muscles, but not bulky.

Can anyone tell me a good workout routine?
The only equipment I have is a skipping rope (I heard skipping i heaps good for you)

Any help would be appreciated

You should probably watch your diet. Try to reduce the amount of carbs in your diet.

Walking is probably the easiest excerise that you can do,

Am 14 am not fat but i wanna be a natural bodybuilder.I recommend you to do cardio from 30 to 45 minutes a day 5 times a week i also recomend you to do some exercise 30 minutes a day must days of the week but if you just want to get toned muscles use little weighs. drink lots of water.Drink just one soda per week don\'t drink too much sakes or juices.When eating meats choose turkey breast , chiken breast, or fish.Count the calories you eat and make sure to be within your caloric needs per day.don\'t eat any carbs after 6pm or before going to bed because if you don\'t use them it turns into fat also when eating eggs tou can eat three eggs per day but eat one entire egg and the other two eggs without the yellow part why? because the yellow part is pure sudium (salt) the white part is pure protein which is good to get lean and toned muscles.For more information talk to a nutritionist or doctor.
