| Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 4 Rep Power: 0 ![]() | i t ?am 5\'5\" and i weight 140lbs. i want to loose 20 pounds quickly. I don\'t eat a lot, but then again I don\'t starve myself. I am active...i\'ll do sit ups...stretching and other excersise i can do at home and sometimes i go to the gym to...buh im still not loosing any weight...can someone please tell me how i can loose 20lbs by the summer without using pills and things like that. from Yahoo! Stick your fingers down your throat to induce vomiting. Vomit up the meal you just ate. Do this everytime you eat, and you will lose at least 15 pounds in 3-4 weeks.
