Default how long should i be walking to lose weight ?

k so i want to lose weight but the only solution for me is to walk.
i was wondering how long i should be walking and how long will it take for me to lose 114 pounds.
i walk to school but it only takes me 15 mins to get there and 15 mins to get back.
i want to lose weight becase i cant stand all the teasing that goes on at school.
so please if you can answer my question that will be awsome.

114 pounds is drastic, im sure you dont need to lose that much..Honestly WATCH WATCH WATCH what u eat...u WILL lose weight if u eat less and walk dont EAT any junk

Well, try to take at least 3lbs at least twice a week. Losing 114 pounds can cause weight distribution and can cause a lack of stomach metabolism. Try walking for at least an hour - or try to go on the stairs and go up and down on one step for an hour. If not try jogging or running. But first you need to warm up.
Losing weight can also be with your food.
Try cutting junk food for a week and replace it with fruit and veg.
Try changing the margarine or butter to low fat.
If you like chocolate thinkt think of that and change it to grapes or something.
If you have cravings - that means your mind is making you do something - just dont think about that ok!

the more you walk the better. I would do atleast 3 miles a day. If you really want to see results I would do 10miles or longer. Just start with what you can and build.
