| Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 2 Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I\'m a girl, 16, I weigh around 165-168, I\'m 5\'10-5\'11. I am starting to eat relatively healthy, but I still cheat/give in every so often. I only drink water, and occasionally apple/grape juice, if we get it, which is rare. I also go to the gym monday through thursday and lift weights then for 30-45 minutes. I am trying to get in better shape for basketball season, and I\'m trying to slim down. Also, if you know any good healthy recipes or meals, that would help a whole lot. Thank you! Yahoo!
