I am fit, yet overweight. Any advice? As an elite hockey player, I know that I am in really good shape. I have six 1.5 hr on-ice sessions and usually two 1 hr off-ice strength sessions weekly. I eat very healthily, and yet somehow, I am 5\' 7.5\'\' and 165 pounds. I have tried modifying my diet, and even getting more exercise, but this is tough, as I am also dedicated to school. How can I lose weight? I hate it when I tell someone how fit I am, and they just look at me with scorn. Please, any advice would be amazing!!
