| Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 3 Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I\'m 14 and I want to improve my fitness level. I have generally low endurance, and can only do about 20 push ups, maybe 30-35 sit ups, and 8 or 9 chin ups. I want to become more flexible, healthy, lean, everything. Please don\'t give me bad tips.... from Yahoo! Answers http://www.livehealthyvillage.com/health |

Start a simple routine for when you wake up that combines cardio, resistance training, endurance, and flexibility, and as it becomes easier, make the regimen harder. You\'ll see results and you\'ll feel better about yourself. Powered By Yahoo! Answers http://www.livehealthyvillage.com/health |

Doing sports have a more positive affect on your body and will give you important things that you need later in life like co-ordination. You can try strength training by just doing excersies using your body weight like push ups,sit ups and chin ups. Try incorporating cardio vascular exercise like jogging, or swimming Yahoo! This way you don\'t have to start off lifting ALL your weight, and can build up enough muscle to get to classic horizontal push-ups. Also, look into yoga, which is a great way to improve your flexibility and elongate your muscles, and it\'s HARDER than it looks! Your muscles will be trembling in no time! another Yahoo! In the long run, your endurance level will be up. Just keep on going and practice more. Powered By Yahoo! Answers http://www.livehealthyvillage.com/health |
