Default I\'m 14 and want to lose some weight?

hey guys i\'m 14, 5\' 3\'\' and i weigh 110-115. im not fat i know, im pretty scrawny but i want to tone my stomach. i have a lil buldge on my stomach and its pretty annoying...i have pe for 2 hours 4 times a week and my sister is willing to go on walks with me. but i dont wanna overwork myself. i dont eat red meats (they make me sick) and im absolutely addicted to dr. pepper. but i love fruits if that counts?? lol. so does anyone have a quick way to tone my stomach? thanks(:
im not trying to lose weight, i forgot to change the title of my question. im trying to TONE not LOSE.

Exercising helped me to tone up a load once I joined it along with taking acai berry. I appreciate they say that pills won\'t work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been featured on CNN too. There is a free trial happening right now at http://tigefs.newkeepfit4you.info , try it out, how worse could it make things?

lol less than 110 lbs for someone 5\'3 is unhealthy btw ;D

and do sit ups or run. best ways
