Will I have to step on egg shells to maintain weight at 115 lbs? Will I be able to eat the same amount of calories I eat now or will I have to sacrafice when I am that weight? I don\'t understand how this works. Someone please help me. from Yahoo! Answers http://www.livehealthyvillage.com/health |

In general though, maintaining your ideal weight can be a bit of a juggling act for those who have at one time weighed more because old eating habits and activity levels are what caused you to weigh more in the past, and trying to find a balance of what is sustainable (you can keep doing) and will keep your weight the same can be difficult because it means you can\'t ever fully go back to your old habits. The difference in caloric intake for 20lbs though is roughly just 200 calories a day though, so either increase your activity level to burn an additional 200 calories a day over your old lifestyle, or change your eating habits in such a way that on average you\'re eating 200 calories a day fewer. more Yahoo!
