| Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 18 Rep Power: 0 ![]() | hi. i recently decided to take a responsibility to thin down and tone up. yesterday for starters i did weights. today when i woke up both my whole arms are sore and also my chest. so i was wondering those asian heat oils always do the trick in relief of pain. 1.but is it good on the muscles? theres no bad effects right ? heat promotes muscle/blood circulation or whatever and i can garauntee it relieves pain. just wanted to know if it actually help muscle repair. 2.also what food can i consume for better muscle development/repair. so far i have read protein ( can you tell me some food which is rich in protein), milk(vitamin C sumhow repairs muscles), and im not sure about fish oil-omega3 ( does it relaly help reduce muscle imflammatory?). is that the reason why body builders take protein shakes etc. need alot of protein for produce/repair muscles ? 3.anyways if you can can you suggest routines or work out for chest,arms,abs ? also what exercise would reduce the butt area ? haha. i think it was called glutes ? or sumfin. but yeah your help is much appreciated ! another Yahoo!
