Anyhow, I\'ve already eaten breakfast and lunch, and with my dinner and snack plans, I will end up eating 20 points today. But I am supposed to have up to 32. Is that okay? Or will my metabolism come to a halt? I guess it doesn\'t seem so balanced, but I\'m a college student and it\'s so tough to eat \"real\" meals... but it seems like a normal intake of food to me: Breakfast: 1/2 packet Emerald\'s trail mix: 1 point Early Afternoon: Wheat bagel with a pat of butter: 7 points (uck, I didn\'t check up on this one before I ate it..) Iced coffee with a touch of 2% milk: 1 point Afternoon Snack: Oatmeal Raisin Chewy Bar: 2 points Late Afternoon: 6 inch Subway Veggie Patty: 8 points (a lot, but it\'s leftover from yesterday and it\'s quite filling!) Evening Snack: 97% Fat Free Popcorn: 1 point I tried WW a long time ago, and I always felt like I ate more when I\'m on the \"diet\" than when I\'m off it! Yet I have lost a few pounds with WW.. I guess because I pay more attention to the food I\'m putting into my body. I just find it hard to actually meet the daily points, I\'m always under. Oh, well. So should I just forget those 12 points? Sorry if this is stupid.. I just can\'t afford to do WW formally right now, and I really want to do well this time!! Powered By Yahoo!
