Default what is a good work out plan and diet that will help me to lose five pounds in one to two weeks?

i want to slowly lose weight. any sugestions n how i should go about doing that??? anything would help.

Hi all, I tested this brand new diet supplement from http://garint.humandiet.info. They have a risk free trial on at the moment. What it does, is clean out your insides, there can be as much as twenty lbs in there, and no degree of diet and exercising is likely to rid you of it. Give it a go - I did, and shed 17 lbs LOL!!!
